No. The Pazio Institute serves members nationally and internationally. Our flagship clinic is in Chicago’s Fulton Market, and we do require at least one annual in-person visit — but the majority of ongoing care, consultations, and protocol management can be handled remotely. Members travel from San Diego, New York, and internationally specifically for their annual visit.
Concierge medicine typically offers better access to conventional care — same-day appointments, longer visits, a personal relationship with your physician. That’s valuable, but it doesn’t change the underlying framework: reactive medicine that waits for illness to announce itself.
The MME framework is a different model entirely. We go 4–5× deeper diagnostically, actively manage your biology on a quarterly cycle, and intervene before symptoms appear. We’re not a premium version of your family doctor. We’re a precision health engineering program.

The Pazio Institute is a cash-based practice. We do not accept insurance — by design. The moment a physician bills insurance, their care is constrained by what insurance will authorize. Our protocols — advanced diagnostics, compounded medications, specialized therapeutics — fall well outside what standard insurance covers.
Some members use HSA or FSA accounts for eligible expenses. We’ll discuss what applies during your discovery call.
